Aline Ferreira

Aline Ferreira is a highly experienced legal professional with a strong background in international finance and law. Currently serving as a Managing Director at Citi since August 2020 and a Docente Líder for the LLM program in Financial Markets and Capital at Insper since December 2020, Aline has previously held the title of Executive Director at Morgan Stanley from May 2011 to August 2020, and worked as Legal Counsel at Banco Itaú BBA S.A. and Itaú Unibanco. Aline's expertise encompasses international structured transactions, trade-related finance agreements, bond issues, syndicated loans, and M&A due diligence in the banking sector. Aline holds an MBA in International Trade from USP, a Master's degree in Economics and Business Management from Université Grenoble Alpes, and a BA in Law from USP.
