With over 20 years of experience in project and program management across various industries, including Banking & Financial Services and Telecommunications, Fred has expertise in customer-facing technologies and data intelligence. They have previously held senior roles at companies such as Xerox, IBM, and Motorola Solutions, successfully delivering large-scale projects and optimizing operational processes. Fred also established a CRM consultancy practice in South Korea and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Systems Security from DeVry University, alongside other professional certifications.
