Neelam Jadhav

Neelam Jadhav is currently the Assistant Vice President of Data Science at Citi, where they apply over eight years of expertise in data science and Generative AI within the BFSI industry. They have a proven track record in developing credit risk and propensity models, as well as experience in risk assessment for different lines of insurance. Neelam began their career with internships at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and BARC, and held data science roles at Mahindra Finance and Marsh McLennan before their current position. They earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Mumbai in 2015.
