Tomasz Jagla

Tomasz Jagla is a seasoned HR professional with over 20 years of international experience in Global Financial Services and Big 4 Consulting. They have held various leadership roles, most recently serving as SVP for EMEA HR Operations at Citi and previously as HR Manager at Lionbridge and Senior Business Process Manager at AXA. Tomasz has collaborated with C-suite executives on business transformation and people strategies, specializing in areas such as HR Shared Services, Talent Acquisition, and Change Management. They are certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and hold a Lean Management/Six Sigma Black Belt. Currently, Tomasz is continuing their education at the MTF Institute of Management, Technology and Finance.
