About

Tyler Dickson is Co-Head of Citi’s Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory division. He is a member of the Institutional Clients Group Management committee, the Global Markets Management committee, and Global Banking & Coverage Leadership committees.


Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory encompasses all corporate and investment banking activities including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and lending around the world.


Tyler first joined the Salomon Brother’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group in 1989. He subsequently moved to Equity Capital Markets and held numerous leadership positions including Salomon’s Head of Global Convertibles and Equity Derivatives, Salomon Smith Barney’s Head of U.S. Equity Capital Markets and

Citigroup’s Head of Global Equity Capital Markets.


In 2007, Citi combined their Equity and Debt Capital Markets businesses and Tyler was appointed Global Head of the newly combined unit. Subsequently, his responsibilities were expanded to include Securitized Products, Structured Finance, Agency & Trust and Depositary Receipts Services. In September 2018, he was appointed Co-Head of Citi’s newly combined Capital Markets and Corporate & Investment Banking businesses.


Tyler holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Dartmouth.
