Erica Lawton Weinschenk

Erica Lawton Weinschenk is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in strategic communication and public relations. Currently serving as Vice President and Communications Manager at Citizens since September 2025, Erica previously held leadership roles at Digital Promise from September 2014 to September 2025, including Chief Communications Officer, where a communications strategy contributed to significant revenue growth. Additional experience includes various public relations positions at Xenophon Strategies, Inc., where Erica engaged with high-profile clients and spearheaded successful media strategies, and earlier roles as a research assistant and intern in communications-related settings. Erica holds a Master of Arts in Strategic Communication from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Bryant University, along with study at University College Cork.
