Gladys Lo-Young

Gladys Lo-Young is an experienced project manager with a strong background in civil engineering. Currently serving as a project manager at Citnalta Construction Corp since August 2021, Gladys has previously held the same title at Judlau Contracting, Inc. from April 2008 to July 2021. Prior to that, Gladys worked as a project engineer at URS Corporation, an AECOM Company, from July 2001 to March 2008. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Columbia University.
