Citrin Cooperman

Patricia Cummings is the current President of Citrin Cooperman & Company, LLP. Patricia has over 25 years of experience in the accounting industry.

Patricia began their career at Touche Ross in 1984 as a Supervisor. In 1989, they joined the AICPA as a Technical Manager. In 1996, they joined Grant Thornton as an Audit Partner and Assistant Managing Partner of their New York Office. Patricia was responsible for Grant Thornton’s-in-the-Marketplace activities including Brand Awareness through thought leadership and community involvement; developing emerging industries strategy; building a sales culture through various initiatives; and for overseeing operations.

In 2013, Patricia left Grant Thornton to join Citrin Cooperman as President. Under their leadership, Citrin Cooperman has become one of the largest accounting and advisory firms in the United States.

Patricia Cummings has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from LIU Post and an MBA in Finance from Dowling College. Patricia is also a Partner Executive Program graduate from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
