Mark Ferrer is executive vice president and chief revenue officer at Citrix, where he leads the global sales and services organization in providing solutions that securely deliver the world’s most important apps and data to enable people and businesses to work better. Ferrer joined Citrix from SAP, where as the chief operating officer and executive vice president of Global Customer Operations, he led the go-to-market and customer engagement initiatives for one of the largest sales forces in the technology industry. In his six years at SAP, he was also key in integrating significant cloud acquisitions into SAP’s sales motion, oversaw sales for the Platinum customer program, and drove the global Strategic Customer Program. Prior to SAP, he held various leadership roles in the software and services space, including serving as CEO for two public companies and heading global software sales at HP. Ferrer is on the board of Teach for America, whose mission is to enlist, develop, and mobilize promising future leaders to grow and strengthen educational equity and excellence. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Clarkson College.
