Moira Kilcoyne

Moira Kilcoyne, 56, was elected to the board in June 2018. Ms. Kilcoyne is a 30+ year technology industry veteran.

She spent 27 years at Morgan Stanley where she held various roles of increasing responsibility. In 2007, she left Morgan Stanley for Merrill Lynch but was recruited back to Morgan Stanley and became the COO of Global Operations, Technology and Data. Her performance in mission critical roles eventually led to her serving as Global Co-CIO. Kilcoyne began her career at IBM, where she served in multiple technical roles, before moving on to Morgan Stanley.

She brings extensive global technology and operations experience, especially in the financial services industry, to the board. Today, she consults with financial and technology firms on large, complex change programs and multi-year strategic planning practices.

She currently serves on the board of UK-based Quilter PLC and Bermuda-based Arch Capital Group Ltd. She also serves as a Trustee of Manhattan College.

Ms. Kilcoyne is the Chair of the Technology, Data and Information Security Committee and the Board of Directors has determined that Kilcoyne is “independent” within the meaning of the Company’s director independence standards and the director independence standards of The Nasdaq Stock Market, LLC.
