Bas Oudejans is the managing director of CitrusAd's northern European division. Bas has over two years of experience in retail media and digital out-of-home advertising. Prior to joining CitrusAd, they worked for bol.com as the (a.i) Manager Key-Accounts & Agencies. In this role, they were responsible for building the commercial foundation for Sponsored Products 2.0 to key platform partners and (specialised) agencies.

Before bol.com, Bas worked as a consultant for Ahold Delhaize, where they successfully setup the company's digital out-of-home network. In this role, they were responsible for the commercial strategy & monetization plan, launch of the media agency business, positioning alongside the existing trademarketing business, advising on how to organize like a media company, pricing & industry benchmarking, and expanding the team.

Bas has proven experience in setting up and growing successful media and advertising businesses. Bas is an expert in the field of retail media and digital out-of-home advertising, and is well-positioned to continue growing CitrusAd's northern European division.

Bas Oudejans studied commerciele economie at the HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht), where they earned their Bachelor of Science (BSc). Bas then went on to study management at krauthammer and completed various training programs at RedFoxBlue and Door Training & Coaching. Finally, they studied Havo & Vwo at Minkema College.
