Jennifer Garner

Jennifer Garner is the current Chief of Staff at CitrusAd. Jennifer previously worked at Brisbane Start Up from April 2017 to April 2019 as the Chief Of Staff. During their time at Brisbane Start Up, they were responsible for creating trust in how consumers and organisations shared data openly.

In their current role at CitrusAd, Jennifer is responsible for organizing and coordinating staff functions, the CEO's diary and the company's calendar to ensure deadlines are met. Jennifer also coordinates strategic business initiatives and guides them to completion. Additionally, Jennifer supervises daily operations and helps oversee projects of high importance.

As the main consultant to the CEO, Jennifer assists with coordination of strategic business initiatives, internal communication and meeting with department leaders. Jennifer also helps resolve any problems that may arise. Jennifer keeps the CEO abreast on the current company climate and works with team leaders on process roll outs and business health checks. Furthermore, they build strong relationships with employees and oversees their progress, noting any issues or successes. Lastly, Jennifer helps coordinate business wide procedures and works to improve existing processes for maximum employee and business success.

Jennifer Garner has a Bachelor of Business in Event Management and Marketing from Griffith University. Jennifer also has a Queensland Senior Certificate from All Hallows' School.
