Samantha Chatwin is the SVP, Platform Ops, Operations & Onboarding at CitrusAd. Samantha was previously the Head of IT Service & Support at Fitness and Lifestyle Group from March 2020 to August 2021.

Samantha has extensive experience in leading and managing global IT service delivery strategies across multiple locations. Samantha is highly skilled in operational and strategic planning, as well as service delivery performance evaluation and governance. Under their leadership, the IT Service & Support function at Fitness and Lifestyle Group was successfully established across Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, & Thailand.

Samantha is also proficient in incident and problem management, as well as vendor management. Samantha has successfully introduced matured major incident management, problem management & vendor management practices across FLG, including the creation of SLAs & partner service level agreements. These practices have helped to reduce backlog by over 80% & improved turnaround by over 80%.

Samantha Chatwin has a Graduate Certificate of Business from the University of Southern Queensland, a Certificate IV in Frontline Management from the Australian Institute of Management, and an Associate's degree in Education from the University of Southern Queensland. Samantha also has a Certificate 3 in Tourism Operations from TAFE Queensland and a Master of Business Administration - MBA from the University of Southern Queensland. Samantha also has certifications from PeopleCert in PRINCE2 Foundations and PRINCE2 AGILE Practitioner, and from ServiceNow in System Administrator Advanced and System Administration.

Their manager is Brad Moran, CEO & Co-Founder. They work with Kevin Ma - Director, Engineering, Bas Oudejans - Managing Director, Northern Europe, and Adam Skinner - COO.
