Jonathan Ventura

Jonathan Ventura has extensive law enforcement experience, currently serving as Chief of Police for the City of Arlington, Washington, since June 2016. Prior to this role, Jonathan held various positions within the City of Arlington Police Department from August 2000 to June 2016, including Deputy Chief of Police and Sergeant, with responsibilities as a Detective Sergeant and Patrol Sergeant. Jonathan began the career as a Patrol Officer, progressing through roles such as Detective, School Resource Officer, and Master Patrol Officer. Educational accomplishments include a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Public Administration from Columbia Southern University (2015-2018) and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Columbia College (2004-2008).
