Prior experience includes roles as a Case Manager at South Middlesex Opportunity Council and Shelter Case Manager at Community Care Services, focusing on case management, client support, and housing services. Desir holds a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Boston University and a BA in Crime and Justice Studies from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
