Raymond Thomson

Raymond Thomson, PMP, currently serves as Manager of Executive Operations & Special Projects at the City of Brampton since May 2023, after holding various advisory roles within the city and the City of Toronto. Thomson's extensive experience includes positions such as Policy Advisor in the Purchasing & Materials Management Division and Project & Policy Advisor to the Director of Parks in Toronto, as well as a Communications Advisor for the Ontario Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities. Previous roles at the Government of Saskatchewan involved serving as Senior Policy Advisor and Policy Analyst. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Policy from the University of Saskatchewan and ongoing studies in Governance and Administration at Dalhousie University, complemented by certifications in Project Management.
