Julie Hernandez-Tomlin

Julie Hernandez-Tomlin is currently the Commissioner of the Department of Fleet and Facility Management (2FM) for the City of Chicago. They have extensive experience in public service, previously holding multiple leadership roles within the City of Chicago, including Deputy Commissioner and Managing Deputy Commissioner. Julie also served as the Executive Vice President of Business Affairs at SPAAN Tech, Inc. and was a Supervisor with Cook County Government. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Northeastern Illinois University.
