Rachel Udabe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in policy analysis and education. Currently serving as a Senior Policy Analyst at We The People Michigan since 2022, Rachel also holds the position of City Planning Commissioner for the City of Detroit, where responsibilities include advising the City Council on development matters. Previous roles include After-School Lead Teacher at Somerville Public Schools, where Rachel developed multicultural curricula for first-grade students, and English Teaching Assistant for the Fulbright Association, co-teaching English to hundreds of students. Additionally, Rachel has contributed as a consultant for the Partnership for Equitable Access to Public Schools and has held various research and leadership positions at the University of Southern California. Rachel Udabe earned a Master of Education in Education Policy and Management from Harvard Graduate School of Education.
