Todd Hargrove

Todd Hargrove has over two decades of experience in public service, currently serving as a public servant for the City of Eugene since January 2019. Prior to this role, Todd was employed by Linn County from February 1999 to January 2019. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from California State University, Long Beach, and is an alumnus of Hanford High School.
