Kacey Bess

Kacey Bess is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public administration and human resources, currently serving as the Neighborhood Services Director for the City of Fort Worth since April 2013. Kacey has held various positions within the City of Fort Worth, including Interim Neighborhood Services Director, Assistant Director of Human Resources, and Sr. Administrative Services Manager in the Park & Recreation Department. Prior to this, Kacey worked as the Managing Director at Heatley Capital and Vice President of Communications at both Westmount Realty Finance, LLC and Realty Capital Partners. Kacey's career began at American Airlines as a Revenue Management Analyst and included a role as a Financial Analyst for the City of Colleyville. Kacey holds a Master of Public Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas McCombs School of Business.
