Charles Ballarano

Charles Ballarano is an experienced transportation planner currently working at R.V. Anderson Associates Limited since September 2022. Previously, Charles held roles in traffic operations as a technical trainee with the City of Toronto and served as a traffic engineer for the Town of Oakville. Additionally, Charles contributed to community engagement for the LRT project in Hamilton and worked as a community planner intern with the Region of Halton. Early career experiences also include an urban planning technician internship at the Region of Niagara and community engagement for the Hurontario LRT project at Metrolinx. Charles holds a degree in Transportation Engineering from Mohawk College and a Bachelor's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Ryerson University.
