Deborah McVean

Deborah McVean has extensive experience in economic opportunity and program administration, currently serving as the MWBE Program Administrator for the City of Irving since November 2009. Prior to this role, Deborah worked as an Economic Opportunity Specialist at Dallas Area Rapid Transit from January 2000 to November 2009. Deborah holds an MBA in Business from Texas A&M University-Commerce and a BBA in Finance and Economics from The University of Texas at Arlington - College of Business.
