City of Killeen, Texas

Torrie Bethany currently serves as the Executive Director of Communications and Marketing for the City of Killeen, Texas, a position held since June 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Communications Director for the National Domestic Violence Hotline from August 2022 to June 2025, and Marketing and Communications Manager at the Texas Education Agency from January 2019 to August 2022.
