Joe Donovan

Joe Donovan has extensive experience in Geographic Information Systems, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as GIS Manager for the City of Lowell since January 2001, Joe has also held key positions as GIS Administrator at Keyspan Energy from September 1999 to January 2001 and as GIS Supervisor at Colonial Gas Company from September 1988 to September 1999. Joe holds a degree from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, contributing a solid educational foundation to a robust professional background in the GIS field.
