Jeffery H. Glass

Jeffery H. Glass has extensive experience with the City of Monterey, having served in various capacities since December 2002, including Streets and Utilities Operations Manager, Streets and Utilities Supervisor, and Sign Craftsworker. Key responsibilities have involved the fabrication and procurement of regulatory and non-regulatory signs and overseeing the maintenance of streets, sewers, and storm drains. Notably, Jeffery has managed crew operations and implemented an effective workflow for the Fleet Maintenance Division. Prior to this, Jeffery worked as a Collections System Maintenance 1 at Carmel Area Wastewater District from February 2002 to December 2002, focusing on routine maintenance and monitoring of lift stations and collections systems. Jeffery began a career in municipal maintenance as a Seasonal Street Maintenance Worker for the City of Monterey from July 2001 to February 2002.
