Rachel Dewing

Rachel (Delk) Dewing is a Multimedia Communications Specialist II at the City of Norfolk, VA, since February 2025. Previously, Rachel served as Lead Graphic Designer at Radiant Digital from December 2011 to February 2025, leading design projects across multiple departments and producing print and digital materials for five brands. Prior experience includes roles as Graphic Designer II at Dominion Marine Media, where responsibilities included interviewing new hires, and as a Graphic Designer at Dominion Enterprises, supporting marketing efforts for Powersports brands. Additional work experience encompasses positions at Things Remembered, Chenega Corporation, and Isle of Wight Academy. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Old Dominion University, completed in 2007, and attended Radford University from 2002 to 2003.
