Valerie Struski

Valerie Struski is an experienced professional currently serving as an Associate Professor at ArtCenter College of Design and Vice Chair of the Accessibility and Disability Commission for the City of Pasadena since January 2024. Valerie has a rich background as an Independent Consultant and previously held significant roles at Kantar, where as Executive Creative Director of the Insights Division, notable achievements included enhancing client growth and satisfaction while pioneering accessibility initiatives. Additionally, Valerie contributed as a Senior Creative Director and part-time Faculty at ArtCenter, guest lecturing and critiquing graduate-level design work. Other experiences include consulting for Walt Disney Imagineering and Hewlett-Packard R&D. Valerie holds a Master of Science in Industrial Design from ArtCenter College of Design and a Bachelor of Science in Art with a concentration in Architecture from James Madison University.
