Naomi Roberson Reid

Naomi Roberson Reid is an experienced professional with a strong background in community engagement and public service. Currently serving as the Director of Budget Equity and Engagement for the City of Philadelphia since May 2023, Naomi has successfully engaged over 750 residents and stakeholders in the FY25 city budget process while collaborating with city agencies to enhance accessibility and inclusivity. Prior to this role, Naomi held the position of Equitable Engagement Manager in the Mayor's Office of Civic Engagement and Volunteer Services, where leadership was demonstrated in creating the Equitable Engagement Toolkit. Naomi's experience spans several roles within the City of Philadelphia, including Citywide OST Training Manager and Civic Engagement Manager, showcasing a commitment to community development, program management, and fostering partnerships. Educational credentials include a degree from Western Michigan University.
