Sergey Khomenko

Sergey Khomenko is an experienced Systems Administrator with a diverse background in technical support and system administration across various organizations. Currently serving the City of Portsmouth, Virginia since June 2020, Sergey has also held a long-term position at Ultra Electronics Forensic Technology since July 2014, contributing to user support, email server administration, and Active Directory configuration. Prior experience includes roles at Overseas Express Consolidators Group Inc., Wincomm Technologies Central Asia, Astana DPM, JSC Temirbank, and the Ministry of Emergency, where responsibilities ranged from technical support and network administration to warranty analysis and IT troubleshooting. Sergey holds multiple degrees, including an AEC in Network and System Administration from John Abbott College and several Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Management as well as Information Technology.
