Aaron Donato

Aaron Donato serves as the Human Resources Labor Relations Manager for the City of Sacramento since April 2017, with previous responsibilities as a Labor Relations Officer for multiple departments, including Convention and Cultural Services and Fire. Before this role, Aaron Donato was a Labor Relations Consultant at Mastagni Holstedt APC from August 2013 to April 2017, focusing on public employee negotiations and labor harmony. Additionally, Aaron Donato founded and led the SPOA Memorial Scholarship Fund from March 2007 to September 2013, a charity honoring fallen Sacramento police officers.
