Rudy Rosas

Rudy Rosas has extensive experience in civil engineering, currently serving as the City Engineer for the City of Santa Ana since July 2007, where previous roles included Principal Civil Engineer and Senior Civil Engineer for the Water Resources Division. Prior to this position, Rudy worked as an Assistant Engineer II at Psomas from May 2006 to July 2007 as part of the Land Development Team. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and a Master of Public Administration from California State University, Fullerton.
