Dominic Sausman

Dominic Sausman is currently a Fire Department Recruit for the City of Scottsdale, a position held since July 2025. Prior experience includes roles as a Bay Host, Shift Team Lead, and Caddie at Topgolf from May 2023 to August 2025, and a Cadet at Scottsdale Fire Department from January 2025 to July 2025. Dominic has also worked as a Delivery Driver for DoorDash from January 2020 to February 2025 and as a Pizza Delivery Driver at Pizza Hut from June 2020 to August 2022. In addition to work experience, Dominic served as the Director of Philanthropy for Pi Kappa Alpha International Fraternity from August 2021 to May 2022, coordinating fundraising events for St. Jude's Hospital. Dominic holds a Business degree with a focus in Marketing from Washington State University, completed in 2023, and attended Paradise Valley Community College in early 2025.
