Doug Rollins

Doug Rollins is an accomplished professional in housing stability and public administration, currently serving as the Director of Housing Stability Services at the City of Toronto since 2017. Prior to this role, Doug held various positions within the City, including Manager of Corporate Issues & Council Liaison and Policy, Planning and Project Consultant. With earlier experience as a Housing Programmes Advisor for the County of Wellington and a Condominium Manager at Larlyn Property Management, Doug has a comprehensive background in housing management and policy development. Doug's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Environmental Studies in Planning from the University of Waterloo and ongoing studies towards a Diploma in Public Administration, Public Policy at the University of Western Ontario.
