Niall Coffey

Niall Coffey is an experienced Project Facilitator with the City of Vancouver, where responsibilities include overseeing the development permit application process and facilitating project issue resolutions since July 2017. Prior roles included managing complex development projects and ensuring compliance with various City by-laws in capacities as Project Coordinator II and III. With a background in architectural technology, Niall has also worked as an Architectural Technologist at Matrix Architecture & Planning Inc. and Arca3 Design Studio Inc., focusing on construction documentation and architectural design. Niall's career began with roles in construction and hospitality, complemented by a BSc Honours Degree in Architectural Technology from Munster Technological University.
