Andrew Taylor

Andrew Taylor currently serves as the Assistant Chief Development Officer for Grants Management & Compliance at the City of Worcester, overseeing all federal and state grant programs and collaborating closely with senior management on project funding and eligibility. Taylor has held significant roles in grants compliance and management, ensuring adherence to regulations and training staff on federal guidelines. Previously, Taylor served as Senior Production Manager at Paradigm Partners, LP, managing tax incentive projects, and held positions in various city departments, including Assistant Planning Director in Leominster, where comprehensive Neighborhood Revitalization Plans were developed. Taylor holds a degree in English, Professional Writing from Fitchburg State University.
