Arianna Drummy

Arianna Drummy is a professional with extensive experience in program management and training coordination, currently serving as the Training Program Director at Building Pathways Boston since September 2024. In this role, Arianna oversees the implementation of training programs, manages student performance evaluations, and supervises field instruction while establishing partnerships with building trades unions. Previous positions include Director of the Worcester Jobs Fund, where Arianna designed and implemented free employment training programs, and Transition Counselor at Learning Prep School, providing guidance to high school students on post-secondary plans. Additionally, Arianna has served as a Student Advisor at the College Internship Program, assisting young adults with learning differences, and worked in various roles supporting children with Autism. Arianna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Youth Development from Rhode Island College.
