Yaffa Fain

Yaffa Fain serves as the Deputy Cultural Development Officer at the City of Worcester, having coordinated and managed over 40 community events, including large-scale celebrations and festivals. Previously, Yaffa held various roles within the City, handling consumer rights complaints and supporting event coordination. As an Advocacy & Organizing Fellow at MASSCreative, Yaffa focuses on cultural policy issues and community organizing. Yaffa also directed Youth Outreach Worcester, conducting social justice workshops for high school students, and served as a Resident Advisor at Clark University, promoting a positive living environment for hundreds of residents. Yaffa holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Geography from Clark University.
