Alissa Krutoff

Alissa Krutoff currently serves as the Senior Regional Recruitment Manager for the Mid Atlantic Region at City Year, a position held since October 2011, after progressing through various roles including Regional Recruitment Director for both the Southern and Florida Regions, Recruitment Manager, and Outreach Coordinator. Prior experience includes working as an Alumni Development Specialist at Burlington County College from August 2009 to May 2010 and a lengthy tenure at The Bowman School of Dance as a Customer Service and Instructor from 1996 to 2010. Alissa also held leadership positions at Alpha Epsilon Phi, serving as Director of New Group Development and Traveling Educational Consultant. Alissa earned a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration from Rowan University between 2007 and 2009 and a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Art History from the University of Pittsburgh from 2000 to 2004.
