Dr. Tamara Caple DNP, RN, MBA, MSN, CNML is an accomplished nursing professional with extensive experience in healthcare management and leadership. Currently serving as Regional Director of Nursing at Cityblock Health since August 2022, Dr. Caple previously held the position of Director of Care Management for the NC Market at both Cityblock Health and My Happy Place. Prior to these roles, Dr. Caple was the Director of Embedded Care Coordination & Managed Medicaid Teams at THN/Cone Health, and a Population Health Project Manager at Triad HealthCare Network, focusing on innovative population health projects. Dr. Caple's career began at Cone Health, where responsibilities included leadership roles in nursing management and direct patient care. Dr. Caple holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Executive Leadership, an MBA, and a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, along with a bachelor's degree in nursing from the same institution.
