Scott Traynor

Scott Traynor is an experienced Portfolio Programme Manager at CityFibre, with a background in leading change management initiatives and programme delivery. At TalkTalk, Scott served in various roles, including Head of Portfolio and Head of Programme Management, where significant projects included the reorganization of the London HQ to Salford and the implementation of Fixed Low Price Plans, which have been essential for the consumer business. Prior experience includes managing cross-functional programmes in areas such as IT and marketing, as well as delivering the strategic Fibre Optic Broadband programme. Scott holds multiple certifications, including MoP® and MSP®, alongside an MSc in Information Management Systems and a BEng in Mechanical Engineering.
