Michael Budge

Michael Budge is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in operational management and corporate finance. Currently serving as a Non-Executive Director at CAA International since January 2023, Michael has also held pivotal roles at the Civil Aviation Authority since December 2012, including Head of Operations for Aviation & Travel: Finance & Licensing and Senior Manager. Prior to these positions, Michael worked at Clydesdale Bank as an Associate Director in Acquisition Finance and at BDO UK LLP as a Corporate Finance Manager and Audit Senior, where responsibilities included financial due diligence and auditing for clients across various sectors. Michael holds an ACA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a BSc in Accounting and Economics from the University of Southampton.
