Catherine Ponder

Catherine Ponder is an accomplished human resources professional with over 20 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at CJ Logistics America since February 2019, Catherine has previously held various HR roles, including Senior Regional Human Resources Manager at the same company. Prior experience includes a decade at DSC Logistics, where roles ranged from Regional Human Resources Manager to HR Generalist, and earlier experiences at Adecco Staffing as an On Site Supervisor. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from the University of North Texas.
