Michael Simon

Michael Simon possesses extensive experience in executive leadership and marketing across various retail and restaurant sectors. Currently serving on the Board of Directors at CKE Restaurants, Inc., Simon has previously held board positions with Jimmy John's and served as Interim Chief Marketing Officer and other senior roles at CKE. Additionally, Simon was the Chief Executive Officer of Finally Light Bulb Company and held key marketing positions at Bai Brands, Panera Bread, and Pepperidge Farm. Notably, Simon has a solid educational foundation, having earned an MBA in Marketing and Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a degree from Dartmouth College.
