Wesley Cash

Wesley Cash has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Barista at Starbucks in 2015. Wesley then worked as a Proctor at Harvard Summer School in 2017. In the same year, they also served as an Analyst at Harvard Undergraduate CBE and held various positions at Harvard Student Agencies, including Managing Director and Member of the Board of Directors.

In 2016, Wesley worked as a Research Assistant at the Harvard Psychology Department, where they analyzed implicit relationships between group affiliations and perceived character traits to address subconscious biases in children and adults.

From 2017 to 2020, they worked at the Harvard College Admissions and Financial Aid Office as a Tour Guide. Alongside their role there, Wesley also served as an Incoming Associate and Summer Associate at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from 2019 to 2020.

More recently, Wesley has held several positions at Clair, starting as an Operations Lead in 2020. Wesley then became the Chief of Staff, Finance from 2021 to 2022, followed by the Director of Strategy and Banking from 2022 to 2023. Currently, they hold the role of Head of Consumer Product at Clair.

Wesley Cash attended Somers High School from 2012 to 2016, where they completed their high school education. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Psychology at Harvard University from 2016 to 2020.
