Aditya Dorlikar

Aditya Dorlikar is a Business Systems Analyst at EXL since August 2023, with previous experience as a Business Analyst at Amazon from July 2019 to July 2023. In the role at Amazon, Aditya implemented DevOps practices that significantly streamlined software delivery processes and collaborated with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, create detailed BRD and FRD documentation, and translate business needs into technical solutions. Aditya holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University and is currently pursuing another Bachelor of Engineering in the same field from Jhulelal Institute of Technology. Prior education includes intermediate studies at Sri Chaitanya College of Education and early schooling at Seventh Day Adventist Higher Secondary School.
