Trent Edling

Trent Edling has over eight years of leadership experience in warehouse operations and material handling. As the Director of Operations at EJ Welch Company from May 2015 to December 2023, Trent managed 13 warehouses and served as a Safety Advisor for all facilities. Prior to this role, at Clarcor from June 2010 to April 2015, Trent oversaw three shifts of approximately 50 material handlers and forklift drivers and contributed to a Kaizen team that achieved a 60% increase in product throughput. Trent holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Ottawa University, earned in 2010.
