Nir Portal

Nir Portal is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software development and engineering leadership. Currently serving as the R&D Group Lead for Asset Visibility at Claroty since March 2022, Nir manages a 30-engineer team to enhance asset visibility capabilities within the company's SaaS offerings, focusing on integrating features from the Claroty and Medigate products after acquisition. Prior to this role, Nir was the Software Engineering Team Lead at Medigate by Claroty, and held various positions in the Israel Defense Forces from 2012 to 2020, including R&D Group Manager and Software Developer. Nir's educational background includes a Master of Science in Computer Science from Reichman University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Haifa.
