Kate Jameson

Kate Jameson began their work experience as a Primatology Research Intern at San Diego State University in 2014. From 2016 to 2016, they worked as a Fieldwork Research Assistant in the Anthropology Department of San Diego State University, conducting ethnoprimatological research and promoting conservation through education.

In 2018, Kate joined SD Expeditions as an Associate Operations Manager, where they managed customer inquiries, exceeded sales targets, and oversaw snorkel tours. Later that year, they became an Operations Manager, responsible for hiring, training, and managing a team while also creating marketing strategies that generated significant revenue.

In 2019, Kate joined Classy as part of their Customer Care team. Kate worked as a Customer Enablement Manager, engaging with customers to promote fundraising best practices and improve the overall customer experience. Currently, Kate serves as a Project Manager at Classy, managing implementation projects, mitigating risks, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.

Throughout their career, Kate has demonstrated their expertise in project management, customer engagement, team leadership, and conservation efforts.

Kate Jameson obtained their Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from San Diego State University, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. In 2015, they also participated in a Study Abroad program at Florence University of the Arts, focusing on Anthropology. In addition to their formal education, Kate has obtained certifications in Recruiting, Hiring, and Onboarding Employees from Coursera in April 2021, as well as a certification in Preparing to Manage Human Resources, also from Coursera, in March 2021.
