Jodie Pates

Jodie Pates is an experienced HSE Business Partner currently with Cleanaway Waste Management since March 2024. Prior to this role, Jodie served as an HSEQ Advisor at Corporate Risk Management (CRM) from October 2023 to March 2024, focusing on health and safety at Olympic Dam BHP. Jodie also held a significant long-term position as HSE Business Partner at Service Stream from September 2011 to March 2024. Earlier in the career, Jodie worked at Telstra Wholesale from March 1999 to September 2011 as a Business Support and Customer Engagement professional and Subject Matter Expert, where responsibilities included complex issue resolution, staff training, compliance reviews, and process improvements. Jodie holds multiple qualifications in workplace health and safety, including a Diploma and various Certifications in Occupational Health and Safety and Training and Assessment.
