Doug Brookes

Doug Brookes is an accomplished Treasury Operations Lead at ClearBank® since January 2021, with extensive experience in financial services. Previously, Doug served as Director at Oaklands Management Consultants Ltd, focusing on payment efficiencies and client relations from May 2016 to March 2022. Doug's expertise includes a consultancy role for Standard Chartered Bank, addressing FX Back Office efficiencies and leading the Brexit programme. At CLS Group, Doug managed a global team as Head of Account Management, enhancing client experiences and onboarding new clients, while also holding various positions that involved crisis management and project activities. Early career experiences include roles at Exchange Clearing House, Bank of America, Scandinavian Bank, and Nat West, covering a wide range of operational and trading functions.
